Expressions of Interest must conform to the requirements of the specifications and instructions, and must be submitted to and received by the Office of Corporation Counsel on or before 12:00 p.m. on Monday, August 14, 2023 and will be publicly opened that day at 1:00 p.m. in Room B339 (Woodland Room).
